You have leftover pizza, lettuce, tomato, scallions, green pepper, and radishes. You have 30 minutes. Time starts now.
First you scrape off the toppings. Tear them into small bite sized pieces. Next get two nice bowls. Add a little more pepperoni, cut into thin strips, lettuce, tomato, scallions, green pepper, and radishes. Heat pizza toppings in the microwave until the cheese is melted. Spoon mixtutre onto the vegetable mix.
Add your choice of dressing. Top with parmesan cheese if desired.
Voila!! Pizza Salad.
